Meet The Team

Glenn, sometimes better known as BIG, to his grandchildren, is the President of Mattison Insurance Agency. Glenn was a plumber with his dad for many years, and then went into the dairy business, after many years of fighting that battle, a friend called him and mentioned getting into the insurance business.

His start was with Farm Bureau in 1997, which was a great company. He learned a lot in the short time he was there. About 18 months in, he got the opportunity to buy an Allstate agency. Which he did, and stayed there 12 years. He enjoyed that, but felt so constrained having only one company to sell. So in 2012 he sold his Allstate agency and joined Mattison Insurance Agency, Inc. The rest is history. When Glenn is not at the office he loves to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and looks forward to his summer and fall trips with his friends. He loves the places that they go each year, and enjoys the stories that follow!!

When Glenn is not riding or working, he enjoys spending time with his family and planning life’s next adventure!​

Matthew has been part of the insurance industry since 2002 and plays a key role in running the operations of Mattison Insurance Agency alongside his father, Glenn, and sister, Maci. With over two decades of independent insurance experience, he brings deep expertise in personal, commercial and life insurance, as well as agency management, acquisitions, and strategic development.

A graduate of Texarkana College on a baseball scholarship, Matthew continued his studies in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership at Texas A&M–Commerce. He later earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Texas Independent Insurance Association (TIIA) designations and served on the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) Small Agency Council.

Matthew has been a driving force in leading the agency into the digital age, advocating for modern technology and tools that empower his team to serve clients more efficiently and achieve greater success.

Outside the office, Matthew and his wife, Jamie, love traveling the world—especially to the Caribbean, the mountains, and throughout Europe. They have a passion for boutique hotels and hole-in-the-wall restaurants. When not traveling, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing, and watching movies. Matthew is also passionate about aviation and is currently pursuing his private pilot’s license, flying as often as he can.

Leeta is the Office Manager at Mattison Insurance Agency for all of our locations. Before insurance, she worked in the school system for 10 years. In 2002, she began working with her son Matthew. Her husband Glenn is the President of MIA, so it is definitely a family affair!

Leeta has been married to Glenn for 40 years; they have three grown children, Maci, Matthew and his wife, Jamie, and Maggi and her husband Tony. But YaYa is the name that she now answers to, when called by her sweet grandchildren, Noah, Anna-Claire, Sophie, Stella, and Sarah.

She feels most days like a Jack of all trades, but master of none! Leeta takes her job seriously, and enjoys working and helping people through the sometimes painful task of the insurance world. Leeta feels blessed to have most of her family close, and looks forward to the day that her working life slows a bit, where she can take a little time to “smell the roses!”

Maci has been a licensed insurance agent for almost 20 years. However, she has only recently returned to the insurance industry after spending the past few years as a stay at home mommy to her two amazing kiddos, Noah and Anna-Claire. She has a degree in political science from Columbus State University and is half way through her Master’s degree at Texas A & M–Commerce. Maci loves spending time with her children, shopping at discount retail stores, traveling, listening to music, and reading anything from mommy blogs to Lord of the Rings! Maci and the kiddos recently welcomed two golden-doodle puppies to their family!

Maci is excited about returning to her “insurance roots” and looks forward to serving the customers of Mattison Insurance Agency at their new Greenville location.

Alice was born and raised in Hopkins County. She graduated from North Hopkins High School in 2006 and immediately began her insurance career. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2006 and has been with the Mattison Group since 2009. Alice and her husband have four children spread across a wide range of ages. They spend most of their time traveling from one sporting event to the next with their younger kids, while the older ones call often to catch up and share the latest gossip.

Liz is one of our bilingual producers and notary at Mattison Insurance Agency. Since joining in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative, she’s grown into a knowledgeable member of our sales team, including experience with commercial lines. Liz loves helping clients find the right coverage and understand their policies.
When she’s not at work, she’s chasing after her three energetic boys, enjoying all things Japanese, and starting every day with her favorite cup of coffee!

Tina began her insurance career working with Glenn at his Allstate agency in 2005. She crossed over to the independent side with Mattison Insurance Agency back in 2012. During her time in the industry, Tina has spent her time growing strong relationships with the clients she takes care of. She has her P&C license as well as her Life and health. She currently works at the Paris, TX location. Tina spent time studying at Paris Junior College. When she is not working Tina enjoys cooking for her family. She also loves spending time with her lifelong girlfriends, the Texas Rangers and her 3 Grand boys who call her Tinky.

Adrana is our newest member at Mattison Insurance Agency family. She is a great asset to Mattison Insurance as she is bilingual in Spanish and English. She always has a smile on her face and is ready to help you with your insurance needs. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her family. She lives in Paris and is married to Jose Ruiz and mother of seven kids, Michelle, Anai, Juan, Adriana, Emanuel, Abraham and Ramses.
